If you’re not on a service plan, we still offer ad-hoc support though service plan clients always come first.
Standard Rates:

Remote Support (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm): £180/hour

On-Site Callout: £180/hour + £200 call-out fee
We’ll always do our best to attend the same day if you call early but service plan clients are prioritised.

Our Priority Plan is built for companies where AV is critical. With proactive monitoring, unlimited remote support, and rapid on-site response, we keep your systems running and your downtime minimal.
